The relationship with your therapist is the most important determinant of a positive outcome in therapy, and I welcome talking with you by phone to help you understand more of my approach and how we might work together, so you can make this important decision.

initial session
It's normal to feel many things when beginning therapy - some people are excited others feel more anxious. Please let me know if there is anything that would help you to feel more comfortable as we begin our work together.
Please also print and fill out the intake documents and bring them with you to our first session. And ask me any questions you may have. fees
My fee is $325 per 50 minute session. While I am not currently on any insurance panels, I am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to determine the coverage offered for out-of-network providers.
